RETURN POLICIES - RETURN POLICY

Bumper Covers - 

We guarantee the fitment on all of our bumper covers - 100% money back guarantee on fitment. Returned funds are subject to inspection of the bumper cover to ensure no damage has accrued during the handling processes. 

Bumper accessories - 

We guarantee the fitment on all of our bumper accessories when paired with our bumper covers. 100% money back guarantee on fitment. Returned funds are subject to inspection of the bumper cover to ensure no damage has accrued during the handling processes.

Customer must inspect the contents of the package for damage while the delivery carrier is present in person and report any visible damage to the delivery carrier. We will confirm with the delivery carrier that damage was reported and verify that the damage was visible. Customer must decline the package and allow the carrier to take the package back with them.

We do not accept returns if just the package/box is damaged. We only accept returns for damaged goods. 

If the items you purchased are viably damaged and you properly report the damage to the delivery carrier, we will offer a refund. The damage has to be clearly visible and properly reported to the delivery carrier while the person is in front of the customer. If the damage is reported after the carrier leave the delivery location, we will not issue a refund. 

Returned goods must be inspected by our staff prior to the return being issued. A refund will not be provided until the goods are delivered to our facility and inspected for the reported damage. If the damage is not clearly represented and does not match up to the customers claims, the return will be rejected with terms. The terms of a false return are that the customer will then have the options to pay for return shipping of the item to them or to accept a refund of 30% the value of the purchase. No exceptions.

We do not offer full refunds on goods that are not damaged. 

Front bumper covers - We do not issue full refunds for undamaged front bumper covers. The shipping cost for a front bumper cover does not allow for us to offer a full refund. We only offer a $500 refund for return of an undamaged front bumper. We pay for return shipping back to our facility. Once we have the bumper in our possession, we will inspect the bumper for damage. If no damage is seen, We will only then issue the $500 return amount. 

All other items - We only issue a 50% refund of the initial purchase price, not including the cost of shipping. 

ORDER CANCELLATION - 

All order cancellations are subject to card processing fees and a 10% order cancellation fee. If the items ordered have already been produced then there is an additional $700 restocking fee for items produced. Items ordered that have been produced CAN NOT BE CANCELED after 10 days past production, no exceptions. ALL items are made to order.
